Event Description:
- The event is to be held on Monday, October 10, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Application is for fermented malt beverage and malt, vinous and spiritous liquor.
- The event will be held on San Juan Avenue. (See attached drawing).
Factual Findings:
- Applicant has possession of the premise through a street closure application approval.
- Applicant qualifies as a non-profit corporation.
- The application was submitted in a timely manner.
- All applicable fees have been paid.
- There have been no protests received.
