| | | | | | | | Recommended Action:
Staff recommends that Council approve the temporary modification of premise permits to allow SLV Brewery premises to extend into San Juan Avenue for the temporary dates for the three events as described in the background.

The 400 block of San Juan Avenue has been used in recent years by way of temporary modification of premise permits which has been a more efficient way to conduct the events and make enforcement easier.
Details for the events are as follows:
- The application is for three different dates for the following:
- June 24, 2022:Alamosa Round-Up Rodeo dance & street party
- August 20, 2022: Alamosa Volunteer Search and Rescue Block Party & Fundraiser
- September 4, 2022: Early Iron Car Show Slow Cruise Block party
- The extended premises will include the entirety of San Juan from Main Street to the alley that runs east/west between Main and Fourth. (drawing attached).
- The application is complete.
- All applicable fees have been paid.
