Adopt Resolution No.3-2022.

The Colorado Municipal League Legislative Conference will be held the same week as the regular February 16, 2022 Council meeting. Most, if not all, Council Members will be traveling out of town attending the conference, resulting in the inability to secure a quorum for that meeting night. |

Does Council wish to cancel the February 16, 2022 regular meeting?

1. Adopt Resolution No. 3-2022 canceling the February 16, 2022 meeting.
2. Do not adopt this resolution, and see whether a quorum appears with the possibility of remote participation, although several staff members will not be available.

There are no substantive fiscal impacts with any of the proposed alternatives.

The City Attorney will be available at the meeting if needed.
